Limitations and Mileage Rates for 2012

As we begin 2012 there are a few changes of which you should be aware. The information below highlights some of these changes.
Each year the optional standard mileage rates are adjusted for the following year. In October of 2011, the standard mileage rate for 2012 was set at 55.5 cents per mile. The taxpayer has the option to use the standard mileage rate or the actual costs of operating their vehicle for business purposes to deduct on his tax return. Read More....

I’ll admit it. I harp on passwords. We have passwords for everything and we want to make our lives easier by using the same password for multiple logins. This is a very bad habit and time for you to break it. Recently, Good Morning America had a news story on online retailer Zappos. Zappos was hacked and more than 24 million customers’ usernames, passwords, email addresses, and partial credit cards were accessed. Ramnit is a new malware that will steal your Facebook login credintials in the hopes that you will use the same credentials for other accounts. Therefore, if you use the same username and password for other sites, you could be in even more trouble. So, how in the world do you keep track of the growing multitude of passwords you will potentially need?
